When Kristofor came to pick me up from my parents house on his way home from work he got out of the car and told me the engine was overheated - WAY overheated. The needle was way over the line, and a red light was on! (which is always scary - red lights can never mean anything good). Even though it was almost midnight, my dad came out and took a look at the engine. Turns out our coolant was non-existent, and there was a crack in the radiator. Eek! I hate car problems, mostly because I don't really understand them and they cost lots of money! My dad guessed what was wrong, and I thought we'd end up paying $500+ to put a new radiator in or whatever needed to happen, so I was pretty bummed! So we took it to the shop the next day and the lady quoted us a radiator price which was only $250. And even though they were booked solid, said she could try to squeeze us in. They ordered a new radiator from SLC, and by the end of the night, our car was fixed! I'm pretty sure the boy who always works on our car has a crush on me, which is why the service was so speedy and awesome. ;) Jk, but he did pump some air into our disabled tire, which was nice. So the total of everything, including the part, service, and whatnot didn't even end up being $300! I was sooooooo happy. Crazy how things work out, eh.

Anyway, surfing the internet today I discovered Circle Contact Lenses, which are big in Asia. They're just regular contacts, except they have an extra ring of color around the edges to make your eyes look bigger - I like them a lot, but would probably never get them. Pretty!
